PRIA.http://192.9.200.215:4000/handle/123456789/530Participants shared detailed presentations of their organizations, analyzed inequalities in society, and discussed the personal-political link in development. They explored participatory development principles, constituency mapping, and strategies for change. Exercises highlighted the need for decentralized leadership, collaboration, and value-based action. The sessions emphasized that sustainable development must address both private and public spheres of life.Following this, we went through a detailed presentation of each organisations aims/objectives, history, strategy, activities, problem etc. This exercise laid out a wide canvas of issues and approaches to community development. Moreover, for the first time, the participants were being exposed to experiences outside of their own. The process was lengthy and tiresome but set ground for further analysis.enOrganizational SharingPersonal-Political LinkDecentralized LeadershipConflict and CooperationResource DistributionReport of the Trainning on Participatory Methodology for Community DevelopmentTechnical Report
