Key actions: collect audited accounts, scrutinize affidavits, form reform subcommittees, and publish findings widely.The Third National Conference on Electoral and Political Reforms was organized at Patna in February 2006. At the end of the conference the delegates decided to make some efforts at reforming the political parties.
