Abstract
This training manual has been developed for the Women's Enterprise Management Training Outreach Programme. Monitoring and evaluation is the part of the programme to assist the changes brought about in the producer-women and record the feedback to be used by both the producer-women and the support agencies. This manual details an M&E kit that has been developed to capture the changes at the level of producer-women.
Description
Women's Enterprise Management Training Outreach Programme empowers poor, landless women in rural and informal urban sectors through enterprise management training. It helps women start small businesses individually or in groups and build decision-making skills. A Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) kit is used to assess their growth using visual and participatory tools. The program boosts income, confidence, and control over resources and family decisions.
