Abstract

This document captures the final outcomes and conclusions from the First Latin American Seminar on Participatory Research in Rural Areas, held from March 9-14, 1980, in Ayacucho, Peru. Organized by the National University of Huamanga-Ayacucho with support from the Regional Coordination for Latin America of the Participatory Research Project, the seminar gathered researchers, educators, and community representatives from across Latin America.
