dc.description.abstractThe Third National Conference on Electoral and Political Reforms was organized at Patna in February 2006. At the end of the conference the delegates decided to make some efforts at reforming the political parties. The experiences of Citizen Election Watches in different states over the last 4 years and the feedback received from various organizations and thinkers have also reiterated this decision.
